About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accountant with 1–5 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, invoicing, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and vendor/client accounting processes.The candidate should be well-organized, capable of meeting deadlines, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced professional environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & BookkeepingMaintain accurate accounting records and day-to-day bookkeeping.Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.Prepare and maintain vouchers, ledgers, and reconciliations.Perform bank reconciliations and monitor financial transactions.Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.GST & TDS CompliancePrepare and file GST returns accurately and within timelines.Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and timely TDS filings.Ensure compliance with statutory and tax regulations.Coordinate with consultants/auditors during audits and assessments.Maintain records related to tax filings and compliance documentation.Invoicing & Financial CoordinationGenerate invoices and ensure timely billing to clients.Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables.Verify vendor invoices and process payments.Support month-end and year-end closing activities.Assist management with financial reports and MIS preparation.Desired Candidate Profile1–5 years of relevant accounting experience.Good knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and accounting principles.Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar platforms.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good communication and coordination skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting tools is essential.Experience working in consulting, professional services, or corporate environments will be an advantage.
