Role Overview We?re looking for a US-focused Account Executive to own end-to-end SaaS sales cycles for enterprise accounts. This role requires night shift working hours aligned to US clients and involves aggressive prospecting, multi-stakeholder deal management, and high-quality pipeline conversion. What You?ll Work On 1. New Business Acquisition (US Market) Own and drive the full sales funnel across assigned US territories & verticals Prospect using outbound channels (cold calls, LinkedIn, email sequences) + inbound follow-ups Book meetings with senior US stakeholders: CROs, VPs of Sales, IT/Compliance heads Work with SDRs, partnerships & marketing to generate quality pipeline 2. Solution Selling & Product Demos Deeply understand Darwix AI?s SaaS suite (real-time speech AI, GenAI coaching, integrations) Conduct discovery calls and tailored demos for US enterprise prospects Build ROI-focused proposals & articulate business outcomes (efficiency, compliance, revenue impact) 3. Stakeholder Management & Deal Closure Run multi-threaded conversations across US client sales, IT, compliance, and leadership teams Lead proposal negotiations, contracting, and deal closure with speed & detail Handle documentation, TATs, and follow-ups professionally for US accounts 4. Collaboration & Handover Work with product, implementation, and customer success for post-sale onboarding Capture customization requests during pre-sales and ensure smooth handover 5. Reporting & Metrics Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene (HubSpot/Zoho) ? calls, meetings, pipeline stages logged daily Track win-loss insights, sales cycle durations, and forecast accuracy Provide weekly updates to sales leadership on pipeline health Who You Are ? 2?5 years of SaaS/enterprise sales experience with exposure to US/International B2B sales ? Strong solution-based selling skills; comfortable with longer US enterprise cycles ? Excellent spoken & written English; confident in CXO-level conversations with US buyers ? Familiar with CRMs (HubSpot/Zoho), LinkedIn Sales Navigator & outreach automation tools ? Organized, data-driven, and persistent with follow-ups ? Willing to work night shifts aligned with US time zones Bonus Points For ? Past experience in US SaaS sales (mid-market/enterprise) ? Exposure to BFSI, real estate, healthcare, or retail sectors in US markets ? Selling AI, analytics, CRM, or sales enablement SaaS products Success Metrics ?? Number of qualified meetings scheduled with US prospects ? Pipeline velocity & US deal closures within timelines ?? New revenue & account expansion from US clients ??
