Job Profile - Accounts Executive

Job location - Gift City , Ahmedabad , Gujrat

Roles & Responsibilities

• Arrange settlement of vendors’ outstanding including reconciliation of vendor accounts.
• Arrange payments towards monthly allotments, sign-off allotments and special allotments to crew.
• Arrange cash advances to masters of the fleet vessels.
• Accounting receipts for ESC, Marshall Islands
• Correspondence with the VAT Consultants for VAT issues
• Providing documents to the banks or other statutory bodies for KYC compliance.
• Arrange settlement of loan repayments and interest payments
• Respond to messages from suppliers concerning payments.
• Overseeing the preparation of financial statements and reports.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's / master’s degree in accounting and finance

Experience

Must have working experience as a Account Executive in Shipping Company .

Technical Skills -

• Proficiency in financial software and systems, and the ability to use technology to automate tasks
