Accommodation Manager — Contract Role (Saudi Nationals Only)

We are seeking an experienced Accommodation Manager to oversee housing operations for personnel on a major, high-profile project in the Kingdom. This role requires strong operational management, coordination skills, and the ability to maintain high living standards in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of staff accommodation facilities
• Coordinate room allocations, check-ins, check-outs, and occupancy tracking
• Liaise with property owners, facility teams, housekeeping, catering, and security providers
• Ensure accommodation standards, cleanliness, safety, and maintenance requirements are met
• Handle resident concerns, requests, and incident resolution
• Monitor capacity planning and optimize space utilization
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulations
• Maintain accurate records, reporting, and documentation

🔹 Requirements

• 🇸🇦 Saudi Talent (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field
• Proven experience managing accommodation, housing, or hospitality operations
• Strong leadership and stakeholder coordination skills
• Experience supervising service providers (housekeeping, maintenance, catering, security)
• Ability to manage high occupancy and operational challenges
• GCC/Saudi experience preferred
• Fluent in Arabic and English
