Accessories Designer

Gaurav Gupta Studio is looking for a senior Accessories Designer to lead the design and development of our accessories line, sitting at the intersection of couture craft and contemporary luxury. If you have a strong design vocabulary, hands-on experience taking products from concept to production, and a genuine love for the world of high fashion, we would love to hear from you.

What you will be doing

• Conceptualizing and developing seasonal collections of bags and clutches aligned with the GG design aesthetic
• Managing the end-to-end product development process — from sketching and material sourcing to sampling and final production
• Working closely with vendors, artisans, and the creative team to ensure design integrity and quality standards
• Researching global trends in luxury accessories and translating them into commercially viable, brand-relevant designs
• Maintaining design documentation, tech packs, and development trackers

What we are looking for

• 4 to 7 years of experience in accessories design within the luxury or premium fashion space
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong aesthetic sensibility and technical design skills
• Experience working with luxury, couture, or premium fashion brands
• Proficiency in design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop) and solid understanding of materials, construction, and finishing
• Graduation from NIFT, NID, Pearl, Symbiosis, or an internationally recognized design institution (Parsons, Central Saint Martins, IED, Istituto Marangoni, RMIT, etc.) preferred
