Job Title: Accessibility Tester Experience: 3?5 Years Location: Mumbai Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred Certification: Not mandatory, but IAAP certifications (WAS/CPWA/CPACC/CPABE) will be an added advantage Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Accessibility Tester with strong expertise in evaluating digital products for accessibility compliance. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with WCAG standards, ADA/Section 508 guidelines, and hands-on experience with accessibility testing tools and assistive technologies. Key Responsibilities Evaluate web, mobile, and document content for compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA , ADA, and Section 508 standards. Perform manual and automated accessibility testing using tools such as AXE, WAVE, NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack , etc. Identify accessibility issues, document defects clearly, and collaborate with developers/designers for remediation. Prepare accessibility audit reports, findings summaries, and recommendations. Conduct usability testing using assistive technologies (screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, etc.). Participate in design and development reviews to ensure accessibility is embedded early in the SDLC. Stay updated with evolving accessibility guidelines and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications 3?5 years of experience in Accessibility Testing. Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1/2.2, ARIA techniques, and accessibility best practices. Hands-on experience with accessibility tools: AXE, WAVE, NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, Lighthouse , etc. Experience in web and mobile accessibility testing. Solid documentation and defect reporting skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with QA, UX, and development teams. Good to Have IAAP certifications like WAS, CPWA, CPACC, CPABE (advantage, not mandatory). Familiarity with ADA & Section 508 compliance. Knowledge of basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ARIA markup. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Why Join Us?
