Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counselor, based in Bengaluru. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for guiding and advising students on educational and career pathways. Day-to-day tasks include conducting counseling sessions, offering career guidance, assisting in academic planning, and maintaining detailed student records. The role also involves clear communication with parents and guardians to ensure alignment with student goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students in achieving their academic and career goals.
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and stakeholders.
• Experience in Academic Advising and Education to develop personalized strategies for student success.
• Proven ability to create and foster positive relationships, demonstrating empathy and patience in a student-centric environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
