Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Academic Counselor located in Gurugram. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for guiding students in academic and career-related decisions, providing counseling sessions, and supporting students in achieving their professional aspirations. Daily responsibilities may include advising students on educational paths, addressing their questions and concerns, assisting with skill-building strategies, and collaborating with educational and recruitment institutions to provide effective resources for academic and career growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Academic Advising to guide and mentor students effectively
• Strong Career Counseling and Education expertise to align interests and career opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills to build rapport and convey advice clearly and empathetically
• Demonstrated ability to understand and resolve student concerns and provide personalized guidance
• Background in education or related fields; a bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related discipline is preferred
• Experience working with young professionals and students is an added advantage
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and operate collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
