Role Description The Academic Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Academic Associate will support prospective students in understanding management and distance education program options, provide detailed information about universities, and assist with the admission and enrollment process. Daily responsibilities include conducting academic counseling sessions, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, and maintaining accurate records of student interactions and applications. The role also involves coordinating with universities, preparing informational materials, and assisting in outreach activities such as information sessions and workshops. The Academic Associate will collaborate with counselors and administrative staff to ensure that learners receive timely, accurate guidance and a positive admission experience.
