Role Overview

We are inviting applications from individuals passionate about working with neurodiverse children. Whether you are a fresh graduate or have some experience, this is a great opportunity to learn and grow under professional guidance in a supportive and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 session with children at home
• Implement therapy programs designed by our Clinical Head/BCBA
• Collect session data and support documentation
• Participate in structured training and observation
• Collaborate with caregivers and the team for holistic support

Eligibility

• Degree in Special Education, Psychology, Child Development, or related field
• Freshers welcome – full fledge training provided
• Prior exposure to ABA is an added advantage
• Must be compassionate, committed, and eager to learn

Compensation

• ₹13,000-15,000/month (until probation period of 3 months)
• Travel reimbursement provided for home sessions
• Compensation to grow as caseload increases
