Role Overview: Rewrite and consolidate transformations from Alteryx to Tableau prep/Power Query/BQ Partner with Analytic SMEs for guidance on best practices and procedures to utilize throughout the rewrite process Streamline ETL complexity- logics and transformations for reporting purposes Automation, build re-usable transformations, performance tuning of dashboards Develop ETL workflows/Logics for data ingestion and transformation logics Detailed status reporting to track progress Familiar with working on Agile methodologies - daily scrum, sprint planning, backlog refinement Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of implemented solution. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Tableau/Power Query/BQ usage and performance. Document work completed including data models and data flow diagrams Key Responsibilities & Skillsets: ETL ? ability to understand the current transformation logics of Alteryx Should be able to write complex SQL and transformations logic Good experience on Tableau/ Power BI /Looker Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management Ability to work independently in IC role Exposure to US general insurance market preferred Good experience of data base management and SQL Strong ability to learn technical and business knowledge Superior analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent time and work management skills What we offer: EXL Analytics offers an exciting, fast paced and innovative environment, which brings together a group of sharp and entrepreneurial professionals who are eager to influence business decisions.
