Key Responsibilities: Design and implement BI architecture and data models (e.g., star schema, snowflake schema) to support reporting and analytics. Define and develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to consolidate data from various sources into a central data warehouse or data lake. Evaluate and select BI platforms, tools, and technologies (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, Snowflake). Develop and enforce data governance, data quality, and metadata standards. Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Optimize existing BI systems and develop new dashboards, reports, and KPIs that drive business decisions. Ensure scalability, performance, and security of BI architecture. Lead or contribute to data modernization and cloud migration initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in BI development and architecture, with a strong understanding of data modeling and analytics. Expertise in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView). Proficient in SQL and data integration tools (e.g., SSIS, Informatica, Talend). Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
