Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmaceutical Validation SME located in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to companies on the following software products: ValDoc Pro - Qualification lifecycle management software eLog Pro - Electronic logbook QMS Pro - Quality Management system software eProcess Pro - Process Validation You will also be responsible for the following: Assist customers with uploading their SOPs and managing qualification in the application. Of interest to the customer will be the ability to execute qualification scripts (IQ/OQ/PQ) online Write test scripts and execute them. Open bug tickets where required. Qualifications Prior experience in Process Validation with PPQ Runs Experience in qualification of equipment/instruments Fluency in Hindi a must.
