Job Description

Primary Responsibility We are seeking a detail-oriented specialist to join the Cyber Security Governance Team. This role will play a critical part in ensuring project governance, executive-level reporting, and communication of cybersecurity program performance Performance Parameters Timely and consistent delivery of scheduled and ad-hoc security reports and dashboards. Accuracy and relevance of data presented to senior leadership Improvement in leadership?s visibility into security posture and risk exposure Stakeholder satisfaction with quality and usability of reports Effective automation and optimization of reporting processes Responsiveness to urgent reporting needs e.g., major industry events or geo-political escalations Role/ Responsibilities Responsible for conceptualizing, designing and delivering high impact executive-level presentations that effectively communicate complex ideas/topics, cyber strategies and data driven insights into senior leadership, stakeholders and clients This role requires a strong ability to translate abstract concepts and technical/process information into clear, visually engaging and compelling narratives Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Power BI, etc. is essential, along with a keen eye for design, consistency and audience engagement. The candidate must demonstrate strategic thinking, attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines Support the implementation and enforcement of project governance standards across CIO and CISO-led initiatives Monitor compliance with cyber frameworks, reporting standards, and delivery timelines Track risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions across programs Develop and maintain executive dashboards to communicate project and program status, risks, KPIs, and financials. Aggregate data from multiple project streams to produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the CIO, CISO and other senior stakeholders Create executive-ready presentations to support strategic updates, board meetings, and program reviews. Competencies & Skills Values & Behavior : Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Good understanding of cyber security domains and associated metrics (threat monitoring, vulnerabilities, compliance, incident response, etc.). Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Project management and Data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). Excellent presentation and communication skills; ability to explain complex data meaningfully to senior management Strong collaboration skills to work with multiple internal stakeholders. Project management skills to handle multiple reporting streams and deadlines Strong sense of accountability and ownership for deliverables Proactive and solution-oriented approach to reporting challenges Commitment to continuous improvement and process automation Collaborative, approachable, and professional demeanor Demonstrate high ethical standards and sound judgment, especially while handling sensitive or confidential information Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities Qualification Experience : Bachelor?s degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field Certifications (desirable): CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control) CGEIT (Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT) CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) Overall, 8-10 years of experience with at least 3 years in a cyber governance role
