About the Role: We are looking for a Digital Data Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize digital performance through advanced analytics. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics , with additional proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Python being a strong plus. Key Responsibilities: Analyze digital user behavior and website performance using Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics . Build insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI to present data-driven recommendations. Extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets using SQL for deep-dive analysis. Apply Python for advanced data modeling, automation, and statistical analysis (optional but preferred). Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to optimize customer journeys and digital marketing strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and IT, to improve data accuracy and reporting. Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to drive digital conversion and engagement. Provide actionable insights to stakeholders and support decision-making with data-backed recommendations. Ensure data quality, governance, and best practices in digital analytics. Qualifications & Skills: 2-5 years of experience in digital analytics or a related field. Strong expertise in Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics (GA4 preferred). Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis. Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization. Basic to intermediate Python skills for data processing and automation (preferred). Strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach. Excellent communication skills to present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of tag management systems (e.g., Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager) is a plus.
