3D Visualizer - Senior Architect

Role Description The 3D Visualizer - Senior Architect will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D visualizations, interior and exterior renders, and walkthroughs that accurately represent project concepts and design intent. Day-to-day tasks include developing detailed architectural drawings, collaborating with designers and project managers, and refining design proposals based on client feedback. The role involves setting up lighting, materials, and textures to achieve realistic and compelling visuals for residential and commercial projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, requiring close coordination with the in-house design and execution teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong visualization skills, including 3D modeling and rendering to communicate design concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in graphics and graphic design tools to produce presentations, layouts, and visual collateral.
• Ability to design and optimize lighting setups to achieve realistic and aesthetically pleasing visual outputs.
• Solid drawing and drafting skills for architectural plans, details, and technical documentation.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard 3D and design software (Rhinoceros 3D, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop)
• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, with several years of relevant professional experience in 3D visualization and architecture.
• Strong attention to detail, spatial understanding, and ability to translate client requirements into practical design solutions.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an on-site environment.
