High Independence:

A high degree of independence is required on a day-to-day basis. Act as the primary contact for interaction with all parties to manage the service delivery, driving efficiencies, strengthen relationship with the business and stakeholders and work closely with the business to contribute to the growth of JLL.

The Candidate:

Must have excellent communication skills including both written and oral English, have the ability to thrive in a fast paced/high pressured but fun environment, work collaboratively as part of a team, adopts a hands on approach, both responsive and proactive and has a real passion for what they do!

Your Duties & responsibilities:

Produce outstanding 3D Renderings and walkthrough animation for Commercial/Corporate Office projects using SketchUp and 3D MAX. (EnScape rendering skill as a plus). Strong knowledge of Furniture 3D modeling. Work close with Design Director and Senior Interior Designers at various stages of projects to meet the demands of our MNC clients. Understand interior design drawings, details and materials and work with project team to produce innovative solutions.

Your Experience:

3D Designer with 5+ years’ experience. Software skills to include 3D MAX, SketchUp, Photoshop, AutoCAD and MS Office. Familiar with international design projects and progressive, modern trends and projects. Ideally you will have an educational background in design i.e. graphic, Interiors or architectural.
