3D Event Designer

Great Minds Event Management is looking for a talented and creative 3D Event Designer to join our growing India office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing immersive event environments for international conferences, exhibitions, forums, and corporate events across the Middle East and Africa.

You will work closely with our production, marketing, and creative teams to transform event concepts into high-quality 3D visualizations, ensuring every venue delivers a memorable attendee experience while remaining practical and production-ready.

• Design exhibition halls, conference stages, registration areas, networking lounges, sponsor zones, and feature areas.
• Produce realistic 3D renders for client presentations and internal approvals.
• Develop creative concepts that align with each event's branding and objectives.
• Create multiple design options and layouts based on project requirements.

• Produce accurate floor plans based on venue layouts.
• Design stage backdrops, LED screen layouts, exhibition booths, entrance features, and signage.
• Ensure all designs are technically feasible and suitable for production.
• Work with production teams to refine designs based on venue and build requirements.

• Create high-quality interior and exterior renders.
• Develop walkthrough animations and fly-through videos when required.
• Prepare presentation-ready visuals for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain realistic lighting, materials, and environmental details.

• Work closely with production, project management, marketing, and branding teams.
• Incorporate client feedback and production requirements into final designs.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new event concepts and creative ideas.
• Coordinate with suppliers and production teams where necessary.

• Stay updated with global trends in event design and exhibition architecture.
• Build and maintain a library of reusable assets, materials, and templates.
• Continuously improve rendering quality and design efficiency.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in 3D event or exhibition design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing event stages, exhibitions, conferences, or experiential environments.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following:
• 3ds Max
• SketchUp
• Blender
• Cinema 4D
• Experience using rendering software such as:
• V-Ray
• Corona Renderer
• Lumion
• Twinmotion
• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of lighting, materials, composition, and spatial planning.
• Ability to interpret venue floor plans and production drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
