3D Designer.

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Designer/Illustrator with strong expertise in Blender and other 3D design tools. The ideal candidate should have a 0-2 years of hands-on experience, preferably within the apparel and accessories industry. Proficiency in Adobe Substance 3D Painter and a strong design aesthetic are essential for creating realistic, production-ready 3D visuals for garments, accessories, and promotional content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality 3D models, textures using Blender and other 3D tools.
• Develop apparel and accessories collections trims, and fabrics in a virtual 3D environment.
• Create realistic material and texture mapping using Adobe Substance 3D Painter.
• Collaborate closely with Developers and designers, product developers to align visual output with brand identity.
• Interpret designs, mood boards, and tech packs into detailed 3D assets.
• Optimize 3D assets for various outputs: 3D configurator, and print.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in 3D design, visualization, and rendering technologies in the apparel and accessories domain.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in 3D design/illustration.
• Proficiency in Blender is a must and other 3D tools.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Substance 3D Painter.
• Familiarity with other 3D tools such as Marvelous Designer, CLO3D, ZBrush, or Cinema 4D is a plus.
• Prior experience or strong interest in the apparel and accessories industry.
• Solid understanding of textile materials, garment construction, and draping in 3D.
• Strong visual storytelling and artistic sensibility.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in 3D Design, Animation, Apparel Design, or a related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating realistic 3D apparel and accessories models and design versatility.
• Experience with prototyping or digital workflows for apparel and accessories.
• Candidates from Uttarakhand preferred.
• Freshers also considered but have a sound knowledge of blender (must).
