Job Title: 3D Artist Experience: 2 Years About the Role We are seeking passionate and creative 3D Artists to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the enhancement of our existing projects to Unreal Engine 5 standards and contribute to the development of new high-quality projects. You will work closely with the Art Lead and various project teams to bring immersive and visually compelling gaming experiences to life. Key Responsibilities Assist in upgrading current projects to Unreal Engine 5 and contribute to new asset development Create high-quality 3D assets that align with project specifications and artistic direction Collaborate closely with the Art Director and project leads to ensure timely delivery of assets with top-tier visual quality Apply strong skills in 3D modelling, texturing, and asset integration to enhance game realism and performance Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to asset creation and integration within the game engine Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in 3D art production Requirements Proven experience with 3D modelling, texturing, and asset integration Familiarity with Unreal Engine and asset workflows Knowledge of industry-standard tools such as Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, Substance Painter, ZBrush, etc. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in art style Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment A passion for gaming and creating visually stunning experiences Nice to Have Portfolio demonstrating 3D asset work Understanding of optimization techniques for real-time applications Basic knowledge of lighting, shaders, and technical art workflows
