Role Description As a 3D Artist at Instainnovate, you will work part-time in a remote capacity, creating high-quality 3D assets that support brand identity, social media campaigns, and advertising content. Day-to-day responsibilities include 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rigging assets using industry-standard tools to produce stills, animations, and motion graphics for digital marketing projects. You will collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and content creators to interpret briefs, develop visual concepts, and refine assets based on feedback. The role also involves optimizing files for various platforms, maintaining consistent visual styles across projects, and contributing creative ideas that enhance storytelling and brand impact. You will be expected to manage your time effectively, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly with the team in a fully remote workflow.

• Candidates should possess strong 3D Modeling skills, with the ability to create clean, efficient, and production-ready assets.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Blender or similar 3D software for asset creation, scene setup, and rendering.
• Candidates should possess skills in Texturing and Lighting to achieve visually compelling, brand-aligned materials and scenes.
• Candidates should possess Rigging abilities to prepare characters or objects for animation when required.
• Relevant qualifications include experience creating 3D content for marketing, advertising, or social media, a solid portfolio showcasing 3D work, and familiarity with animation principles.
• Additional beneficial skills include basic compositing and post-production, understanding of brand guidelines, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote, part-time environment.
