Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web Analytics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web analytics, SQL, Power BI, and Looker Studio. As a Web Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing website traffic, user behavior, and providing insights to improve website performance and user experience. Key Responsibilities: Utilize web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms to track and analyze website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates. Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases and data sources. Create customized reports and dashboards using Power BI and Looker Studio to visualize and present data insights to stakeholders. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in website data to provide actionable recommendations for optimizing website performance and achieving business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and UX/UI design to implement data-driven strategies and initiatives. Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of website changes and optimizations. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web analytics and data visualization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field. (Band A colleges) Proven experience working with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis. Strong skills in data visualization and dashboard creation using Power BI and Looker Studio. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and statistical analysis is a plus.
