Your Role We at Innovaccer are looking for a Software Development Engineer-I (Backend) to build the most amazing product experience. You'll get to work with other engineers to build delightful feature experiences to understand and solve our customer's pain points. A Day in the Life Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using Python, FastAPI, Applied AI, Backend engineering, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, CI/CD, etc Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software products Develop efficient and optimized APIs and microservices to support various frontend applications and external integrations Implement data models, and database schemas Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system reliability, stability, and security Requirements What You Need Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) 1-3 years of professional experience in backend development, with a focus on Python, FastAPI, Applied AI, Backend engineering, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, CI/CD, etc Proficiency in microservices, application Design, TDD, develop maintainable and efficient backend systems, CI/CD, observability Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and resolve complex issues Benefits Here's What We Offer Generous Leaves: Enjoy generous leave benefits of up to 40 days Parental Leave: Leverage one of industry's best parental leave policies to spend time with your new addition Sabbatical: Want to focus on skill development, pursue an academic career, or just take a break?
