Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with a solid foundation in modern web development and a growing specialization in Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate has at least 0.5?1 year of hands-on experience working with GenAI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, RAG) and is passionate about building intelligent, agent-driven applications that solve real-world problems. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using modern frameworks (e.g., React.js/Next.js, Node.js, Python, etc.). Integrate Generative AI models (LLMs) and Agentic AI systems into web applications using APIs and libraries such as LangChain, LLamaIndex, or Microsoft Semantic Kernel. Build and orchestrate autonomous agents using tools like AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks. Create and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise search and automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and data science to deliver intelligent user experiences. Write clean, testable, and scalable code, and participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, LLM APIs, cloud integrations (e.g., Azure OpenAI), and developer tooling. Required Skills: Core Full Stack: 4?8 years of experience in software development. Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, or Python-based backends (Flask, FastAPI, Django). Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). AI/GenAI Specific: 0.5?1 year of hands-on experience in Generative AI applications and prompt engineering. Familiarity with OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, Hugging Face, etc. Experience with LangChain, LLamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks for agent-based design. Understanding of RAG architectures, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate), and embeddings. Good to Have: Experience with MLOps, model fine-tuning, or custom LLM deployment. Exposure to chatbot frameworks (e.g., Microsoft Bot Framework, Azure AI Bot Service). Contributions to open-source AI projects or hackathons. Qualifications: Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Demonstrated ability to build and ship full-stack products with AI capabilities.
