Job Description: Role Details: We are seeking a highly skilled business analyst/Consultant with strong background in SQL, Excel, Tableau and/or Python. The ideal candidate will have proven track record of interacting with clients, gather business requirements and deliver actionable insights. Analysing data, creating reports and dashboards and providing recommendations that drive strategic decision-making Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse complex datasets using SQL and/or Python, generating insightful reports and visualizations to support business decisions. Dashboard Development: Design and develop interactive tableau dashboards to present key metrics and KPIs in a clear and concise manner. Process improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement by analysing current systems, workflows and data structures, recommending actionable changes. Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, independently gathering, analysing and validating business requirements through meetings and discussions Stakeholder Management: Communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders and leadership, ensuring alignment and business goals Requirements: Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Consultant/Business Analyst, with hands-on experience in SQL, tableau and python for data analysis, reporting and visualization. Advance knowledge of SQL for data extraction, manipulation and querying from relational databases. Strong experience in building complex, interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data. Business Acumen: Solid understanding of business process and the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients Strong expertise in SQL, Excel, Tableau, Python (basics)
