About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Analytics Analyst with 4-8 years of proven expertise in Power BI and SQL to drive data analytics and reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate will be skilled at delivering actionable business insights through advanced data modeling, dashboard creation, and SQL query optimization. Experience with Python is a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and maintenance of comprehensive Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to business needs. Write, optimize, and review complex SQL queries to extract and analyze data from multiple sources. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather detailed analytics requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Perform advanced data analysis, identifying key trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports and datasets. Mentor junior analysts on best practices for data modeling, SQL querying, and Power BI report development. Drive automation and efficiency improvements using Python for data manipulation and workflow optimization. Document analytics processes, data flows, and reporting standards. Partner with data engineers and BI teams to improve data infrastructure and delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. 4-8 years of hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL in a professional environment. Expert-level skills in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries. Strong experience designing and building Power BI reports, dashboards, and DAX measures. Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have: Experience with Python for analytics, automation, or data engineering tasks. Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL, and BI architectures. Knowledge of other BI tools or platforms (Tableau, Qlik, etc.). Understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning basics.
