Job Title: Consultant/Senior ConsultantLocation: GurgaonJob Description: We are hiring consultant/senior consultant with expertise in SQL, Hive, Python, Tableau and good exposure to Machine Learning would be an advantage. Must be able to work independently with multiple stakeholders. For BI task, you will design, develop, and maintain excel and Tableau solutions, transforming raw data into actionable insights and work independently. Collaborate with stakeholders, write SQL queries, and utilize Hive and Python for data manipulation. Ensure data accuracy, provide technical support, and stay updated with the latest Tableau features. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail required. Prior experience with Payments and fraud domain is preferred.Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into Tableau dashboards and reports.Conduct adhoc analysis basis the business trends and recommend the next action itemsDevelop and maintain Tableau visualizations, interactive dashboards, and reports to provide actionable insights to business users.Design and optimize data models and data structures to support efficient data retrieval and analysis.Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various data sources into Tableau.Utilize Hive and Python for data manipulation, transformation, and automation tasks.Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Tableau solutions to ensure data accuracy and dashboard performance.Stay updated with the latest Tableau features, techniques, and best practices, and apply them to enhance existing reports and dashboards.Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to ensure seamless integration and alignment of Tableau solutions with the overall data ecosystem.Requirements:Tableau DeveloperStrong Proficiency in SQL, HivePrior experience in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.Proficiency in PythonUnderstanding of Big Data EcosystemStrong problem-solving and attention to detailPayments and Fraud prior experience good to haveAdded advantage to those with understanding of Machine Learning algorithms in classification such as random forest, XGBoost etc ;
