We partner with corporates/philanthropists to help them run their programs/projects end-to-end in an efficient manner. We connect independent agencies involved in due diligence, accreditation, social impact audits, etc. to NGOs and corporates alike, and assist in running programs/projects professionally. About the Role We are looking for a?technically strong Zoho Developer?with expertise in?Zoho Analytics, coding, and application integration. This role goes beyond data analysis ? you will be responsible for?building, automating, and integrating systems?to enable seamless data flows across applications. The ideal candidate will combine?coding skills, backend knowledge, and data visualization expertise?to create robust analytics and reporting solutions that power social impact programs. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain? custom applications, workflows, and automation ?within the Zoho ecosystem. Build advanced dashboards and reports in? Zoho Analytics ?with complex data models. Write and optimize? Deluge scripts, SQL queries, APIs, and custom functions ?to extend Zoho functionality. Integrate Zoho Analytics with other Zoho apps (CRM, People, Books, Projects) and third-party platforms. Develop and maintain? data pipelines ?for smooth flow of information across systems. Collaborate with business and program teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions. Troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and ensure data accuracy. Document code, workflows, and technical processes for long-term sustainability. Requirements: Bachelor?s degree in? Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields . 3?4 years of experience ?as a Zoho Developer / BI Developer / Backend Developer. Strong hands-on expertise in? Zoho Analytics ?(dashboards, reports, data modeling). Proficiency in? Deluge scripting, SQL, API development, and backend coding . Experience in? app integrations ?(Zoho + third-party tools). Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Knowledge of? data warehousing, ETL processes, or BI tools ?is a plus. Exposure to? social sector / impact-driven projects ?is highly desirable.
