Job Description
GBS Systems & Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Store Manager to lead and elevate the performance of our retail outlet. This role demands a proactive individual who can seamlessly manage day-to-day store operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will take ownership of staff supervision, stock management, billing accuracy, and customer satisfaction, all while driving the store toward achieving its sales goals. In addition to ensuring operational efficiency, the Store Manager will uphold brand standards through effective merchandising, clean and organized store presentation, and timely execution of promotional campaigns. Applicants should hold a graduate degree, have 2 to 5 years of relevant retail management experience, and demonstrate proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems. This role reports directly to the Area Manager or Regional Head, and the compensation will be aligned with industry standards based on skills and experience.
