We are looking for an accomplished candidate with a record of academic and professional achievements to be a part of our innovative Talent Acquisition team (Talent Partner, Investment Research) in the firm?s India office, based in Hyderabad, Gurugram, or Bengaluru. WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY: In this role, you will leverage your hands-on experience in financial modeling and global investment research to evaluate, screen, and interview candidates for investment analyst and research roles. You will provide exhaustive and meaningful feedback summaries for each candidate assessed and propose the candidate to the appropriate business unit. You will also partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand role requirements and design targeted evaluation processes. You will review and assess technical assignments, case studies, and work samples, drawing upon your direct knowledge of best practices in investment research and commentary. Additionally, you will conduct competency-based interviews to assess candidates? technical skills, analytical thinking, business judgment, and cultural fit. You will then synthesize and present candidate evaluations with actionable hiring recommendations. You will also drive improvements in our hiring processes by sharing insights from your practitioner perspective. You will contribute to talent branding initiatives, helping us articulate what makes our investment teams unique. Lastly, you will mentor junior recruiters and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience. WHO WE?RE LOOKING FOR: Basic qualifications: Qualities of an experienced investment research professional, with significant expertise in financial modeling, global investment research, and report writing, who is eager to transition into a talent acquisition role An exceptional academic foundation ?
