These innovative devices are transforming healthcare with their accuracy, ease of use, and quick decision-making capabilities. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources at Agatsa in Noida. The Senior Executive Human Resources will be responsible for HR management, operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources functions. The role entails overseeing and implementing HR strategies to foster a positive work environment and organizational culture. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Build and maintain relationships with universities and institutes to drive campus hiring initiatives. Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure a strong culture and skills fit. 2. Campus Hiring: Plan and execute campus recruitment drives, including pre-placement talks, assessments, and onboarding. Build partnerships with colleges and universities for long-term talent pipelines. 3. Day-to-Day HR Operations: Handle HR operations, including maintaining employee records, managing HRMS, and payroll coordination. Ensure compliance with labour laws and organizational policies. Provide support in drafting HR policies and procedures. 4. Employee Grievance Handling: Act as the first point of contact for employees to address concerns and grievances. Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts, ensuring fair and unbiased outcomes. Work closely with leadership to maintain a harmonious workplace culture. 5. Employee Engagement: Design and implement engagement programs to boost morale and improve retention. Plan and execute team-building activities, wellness programs, and employee recognition initiatives. Conduct surveys and analyze data to understand employee sentiment and suggest improvements. 6. Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback cycles. Work with managers to ensure performance reviews are conducted effectively and constructively. Identify training and development needs based on performance evaluations and recommend actionable plans. Provide coaching to managers and employees to enhance performance outcomes. Qualifications Educational Background: MBA in Human Resources from a reputed institute. Experience: 3-4 years of experience in a corporate HR role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in recruitment tools, HRMS software, and MS Office. Familiarity with performance management tools and employment laws. Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Other core Skills HR Management and HR Operations skills Experience in managing Employee Relations and HR Policies Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) best practices Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive employee issues with confidentiality
