Must-Have Skills Strong programming skills in C++ (Core, OOPS, STL, Templates) and Embedded C Hands-on experience with RTOS , microcontrollers , microprocessors , and interfaces ( SPI, I2C, UART ) Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) Familiar with Git , CI/CD pipelines , and Linux environments Exposure to multi-threading , memory management , and performance optimization ?? Good-to-Have Skills Experience with Python, Rust, Java, or Ada Exposure to safety-critical systems (ISO 26262, DO-178C) Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset Excellent teamwork and communication skills ??
