Job Summary The Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth for the hotel by identifying new clients, maintaining existing relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves promoting the hotel?s rooms, banquet facilities, and F&B outlets to corporate clients, travel agents, and other business sources within the Delhi NCR region . Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities through corporate, travel trade, and group segments. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct regular sales calls, telemarketing, and client visits to generate leads. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate and finalize contracts in accordance with hotel policies and brand standards. 2. Client Relationship Management Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing corporate and travel trade partners. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving concerns promptly. Organize familiarization trips, client entertainment events, and participate in networking activities to enhance business relationships. 3. Market Intelligence Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies. Provide insights and recommendations to management on potential business opportunities and market developments. 4. Reporting & Coordination Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client information in the CRM system. Coordinate with reservations, banquets, and front office teams to ensure seamless execution of bookings and events. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Director of Sales. Qualifications & Skills Education & Experience Bachelor?s degree in Hospitality , Business Administration , Marketing , or a related field. Minimum 1?3 years of experience in hotel sales (preferably in the Delhi NCR market). Core Competencies Proven sales and business development abilities, including lead generation and revenue growth. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong market analysis and research capabilities to identify trends and opportunities. Effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and tasks. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite . A positive attitude , adaptability, and the drive to excel in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
