This is a Hybrid opportunity with preferred locations in Noida & Pune . ?? Role: Performance Testing Engineer ?? Shift: 2:00 PM ? 11:00 PM IST ?? Location: Noida / Pune (Hybrid ? Onsite frequency as per project need) ?? Experience: 7?10 Years ?? If you have strong expertise in LoadRunner and hands-on exposure to Performance/Stress Testing, Test Scripting, and Result Analysis , we?d love to connect! ?? Key Responsibilities: ? Develop and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner ? Conduct Load, Stress, Spike, and Endurance Testing ? Monitor Web/App/DB servers during test execution and analyze performance bottlenecks ? Collaborate with development & infrastructure teams for tuning and optimization ? Prepare and publish detailed performance test reports with client & server-side metrics ? Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups ??? Required Skills: ? Mandatory: LoadRunner (Scripting, Execution, Analysis) ? Good to Have: AS400, JMeter, SQL/DB knowledge, Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), Performance Tuning ?
