Packaging & Product Sustainability, GROHE Global Product (GGP), LIXIL International Organization unit GROHE Global Product (GGP), LIXIL International Location India/ Remote People Manager No Role Objective: (1-max. 3 sentences why this role exist) Process Owner ? Packaging & Sustainability, reporting to the Leader of Product Sustainability & Packaging, will be in charge of the coordination and management of the cross-functional packaging processes for both new product launches and packaging of existing products. This position is critical to ensuring compliance with packaging regulations, to drive sustainability initiatives, and facilitating smooth operational execution between cross-functional teams involved in packaging from both business and operations.. The role will be a key member of the GROHE Global Product (GGP) team, driving efficiency, data accuracy, and alignment between packaging requirements and business objectives. Primary Responsibilities: (major duties performed / critical to the job?s success ? not meant to be exhaustive, 5-max. 8 bullet points) In charge of coordination cross functional efforts in defining packaging needs for new product launches and packaging change needs in relation to business, quality, regulatory needs. Ensure the efficient and accurate collection and documentation of all packaging related data (SAP, other tools) - specifying new data needs and cleaning existing data as required by reporting and business needs Act as the key contact point for packaging related topics arising from manufacturing plants and business units Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, clarity, and standardization in packaging processes. Proactively monitor packaging-related regulations, identifying potential risks and opportunities for compliance and optimization Support the implementation of product sustainability initiatives within the packaging (and product) domain, ensuring alignment with LIXIL?s sustainability strategy. Qualifications: (Knowledge/Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities required for competent performance in the job, use of preferred vs. essential to differentiate between minimum vs. ?nice to have? requirements to successfully perform the role) Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field Proven ability to own and improve complex processes Proven experience in a complex cross functional role within multinational organization Ability to easily learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and technologies Previous understanding of packaging, product sustainability, and compliance is a plus, but not a must Proven track record of collecting and managing data, proactive process development, and process coordination Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of international stakeholders and drive change Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively define tasks and priorities Fluent in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus. Ability to travel as required (limited for the role)
