As part of the Software Engineering team you are expected to design and create automated solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. As a Senior Associate, you are expected to utilize your vast experience in RPA development to troubleshoot issues and facilitate performance, while mentoring junior team members and driving continuous improvement in processes. Responsibilities Design automated solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform Troubleshoot issues to confirm peak performance of RPA solutions Mentor junior team members in RPA development practices Collaborate with stakeholders to align automation efforts with needs Monitor project outcomes and implement enhancements Document processes to promote clarity and compliance Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team Stay updated on industry trends to inform automation strategies What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree 4 years of experience in RPA Development using Power Platform Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science Microsoft Power Platform (PL-900 and PL-400) Certification Microsoft Power Platform App Maker Certification Possessing 5 years of experience in RPA Development Utilizing Microsoft Power Platform tools effectively Designing and maintaining automated workflows Creating documentation for automated solutions Troubleshooting and resolving workflow issues Knowledge of SharePoint Online features and capabilities
