-????????????Broadridge Appia and TradeScope FIX (Financial Information eXchange) software. -????????????Open-source QuickFIX FIX (Financial Information eXchange) software. -????????????SWIFT Alliance Access, Gateway, RMA, HSM and TDA. Responsible for design, installation, configuration and support of a set of software products and working with other infrastructure teams (Linux, Networking, Data Center), Application Development and Client Connectivity to implement, maintain and debug solutions using those products. -????????????Participate in weekend implementations and on-call rotations and disaster recovery. Primary Responsibilities ????????????Installation, configuration, maintenance, debugging and resolving FIX (Appia, TradeScope, QuickFIX) and SWIFT Alliance product implementations on Linux.?Maintain stability of the production environment. ????????????Provide advanced production support and assistance to development staff in troubleshooting application issues with respect to the use of FIX, SWIFT and Linux.?Perform root cause analysis. ????????????Provide immediate support for production Appia, QuickFIX and SWIFT Alliance implementations. ????????????Participate in weekend on-call support rotations. ????????????Provide support for weekend implementations and Disaster Recovery tests. ????????????Manage patching, upgrades and other various infrastructure operations on FIX and SWIFT servers.
