About the Role We?re building the next generation of smart, high-performance electric vehicles ? combining intelligent control systems, advanced powertrain technology, and connected mobility. We?re looking for a hands-on EV engineer who has designed, developed, and validated key EV components such as motor controllers, battery management systems (BMS), and vehicle control units (VCU) ? ideally with experience in leading EV companies like OLA Electric, Ather Energy, Hero Electric, or other innovative startups. ?? What You?ll Do Design and develop EV control electronics (BMS, MCU, VCU, motor controller) Develop embedded software in C/C++ or Embedded Linux for real-time control systems Integrate sensors, communication modules ( CAN, LIN, UART ), and safety systems Work on battery pack architecture , drive trains, and vehicle networking Perform testing, diagnostics, and validation of EV powertrain components Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a complete EV platform ?? What You Bring Strong understanding of EV architecture and electrical subsystems Hands-on experience with BLDC/PMSM motor control , BMS , and high-voltage systems Proficiency in Embedded C/C++ , RTOS , and microcontroller programming (STM32, TI, NXP, etc.) Familiarity with CAN protocols , diagnostics , and data logging Bonus: PCB design and hardware debugging skills Knowledge of ISO 26262 , functional safety , and vehicle homologation standards ?? Preferred Background Prior experience at an EV OEM or startup (OLA Electric, Ather, Hero, Bajaj EV, Revolt, etc.) Bachelor?s or Master?s in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering ??
