Role Overview: We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with 3?4 years of proven experience who can work closely with the Sales & Marketing teams to plan, execute, and optimize our digital presence. The role involves building performance-driven campaigns, managing our website, and growing brand awareness across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning - Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with overall sales & marketing goals. - Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing teams to design integrated campaigns that drive product visibility, demand generation, and brand recall. Performance Marketing - Plan and run paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Amazon/Flipkart ads if needed). - Monitor ROI, CPC, CTR, and conversions for ongoing optimization. - Build remarketing and funnel-based ad strategies. Content & Social Media - Manage brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. - Coordinate content creation (creatives, videos, reels, blogs). - Develop influencer & partnership campaigns to amplify reach. Website & SEO - Manage and update company website for product launches, campaigns, and SEO. - Ensure smooth UX/UI and optimize for leads & conversions. - Implement SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical). Analytics & Reporting tools - Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other - Share regular performance reports with leadership & sales teams. - Suggest data-backed improvements for future campaigns. Collaboration: - Work closely with Sales teams to generate and nurture leads. - Partner with the offline marketing team for integrated online-offline campaigns. - Coordinate with external agencies or vendors when required. Key Skills & Requirements: - 3/4 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably FMCG / consumer brands). - Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing. - Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, WordPress/Shopify (or similar CMS). - Ability to design and execute ROI-driven campaigns. - Good creative sense, strong communication skills, and ability to work cross-functionally. - Knowledge of regional markets and languages is a plus. Education: - Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - Digital Marketing certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.) will be an advantage.
