Job Description

Key Responsibilities Working with the conference production team to develop an understanding of the event program. End-to-end sales process (Delegate Sales / Sponsorship Sales) from generating leads to lead closure and payment follow-ups. Working in an English-speaking environment based on everyday contact with international customers Researching attendees and generating sales leads Cold calling and selling to a list of prospective event attendees Calling, Meeting (Virtual), Sending proposals to potential clients to convert leads into sales Follow-ups with clients for payments. Daily management and maintenance of sales records, ensuring they are kept up to date with attendees and details Maintaining a permanent relationship with clients from different industries Achieving monthly and overall revenue targets Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints About Company: The People Events is a potentially independent youth organization committed to developing scientific culture through high-level scientific events, such as conferences, workshops, seminars, hackathons, exhibitions, and other events.
