Calling and Marketing Executive (Domestic & International Process) Location: Odhav & Thaltej, Ahmedabad Company Overview: M.R. Promote company products and services through effective communication. Generate and qualify leads via phone calls, emails, and digital marketing platforms. Build and maintain strong customer relationships; follow up to convert leads into business. Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams for smooth execution of campaigns. Maintain proper records of client interactions and update CRM systems regularly. Assist in preparing marketing materials, email campaigns, and client correspondence. Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and other promotional activities when required. Key Requirements: Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred). Experience: 1?3 years Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English for international calling . Knowledge of South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam) is a big plus for domestic calling . Confident, result-oriented, and self-motivated personality. Good computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or MS Office tools. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a customer-first approach.
